Delete Your LetsFix Account

LetsFix is operated by Faditech. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

  1. Open the LetsFix app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account (shown in red).
  4. Confirm the request when prompted.

Your account is deactivated immediately and signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered on your account:

support@letsfix.com.gh

Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email and phone number on your account. We verify ownership before processing.

What happens to your data

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated right away and is permanently deleted after 90 days. During those 90 days you can restore your account by signing back in with the same email and password.

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it (for example, financial transaction history for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention obligations). These are not used for any other purpose and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
